To ensure the continuity of Friends of Bache-Martin as a community organization working hand in hand with the school leadership, our bylaws require that 40% of our board seats be filled by community members who do not have a child at the school. The bylaws also require that a board seat is filled by the Bache-Martin Principal (or his/her designee).
